Q: I don’t like the password that was sent to me when I registered, How do I change it?

A: First, you need to login using the password that the site sent you. After you have logged in, under the “Logged In” bar on the right column of the homepage, you need to click “Dashboard”. Then select the “Users” tab. You should now see the settings for your account. At the bottom of the page, there is an option to set a new password. Type your new password in the first box, then confirm it in the second box. To save your new password, click “Update User”. You will now be able to log in with your new password. PineappleProject.com recommends that you do this when you first register with the site for ease of access.

Q: I can’t log into the forum with my PineappleProject.com user account. What’s up?

A: For the time being, you need 2 different accounts, one for the forum and one for the main site. I’m working on cross accounts that work with both, so don’t worry!

Q: How do I change my avatar for my main site account?

A: Go to your profile settings on the dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, until you find ‘upload local avatar’.
